NJ, Robert only mentions examples of what might be non-local changes, and he only considers it a possible side effect of something fundamental about change, aside from any technology. As fields of study, hynotherapy and quantum physics are each able to produce results which they can't even begin to understand. Each also pays lip service to the 'observer effect', but hasn't really integrated it into any functional paradigmn. But that's just off the top of my pretty little head. Sarah |
