yes, I've had both, both taste good. I worry about the mold and fungi on tempeh. Unmarinated seitan would be great, but it's the marination that gives it the flavor, right? Whatever I choose, it's got to be low-salt, without much vinegar (mold and fungi again - allergies). I'm such a stick in the mud about my diet, but once you start adding in soy sauce, the sodium consumption goes through the roof. -nj |
