Hi Venus, Glad people are reading these posts. I am unfamiliar with Rex Sikes' work, but to answer your question conclusively, I'd say: Maybe. Again the question is how would you know? (I would propose that "itching all over" is probably an unconscious signal of some sort), and as for it's "meaning", I'm pretty sure that it means you should send me all your money...LOL I'm half kidding of course, (so only send half). ;-) Okay, really though...how would I, (over here, somewhere else in cyberspace) have any idea what that might mean? It's YOUR unconscious, you would/should/could probably have a better idea than anyone. (Although sometimes a close partner or friend who is very familiar with our unconscious signals may have some useful intuitions). Of course, if you really want that level of content imposition (without trying to figure it out for yourself)...my suggestion is to go see a tarot card reader. They'd love to tell you what exactly what it means. (The kings and queens of content imposition...of course, that's just my content ;-) ) So really, the question is back to you...Venus: Was it a signal? If so, What do you think it means? How would you go about finding out? And/or confirming if you were right about your guesses? I will offer you this, (in an effort to be slightly more helpful): Do you have anything that needs to be scratched all over? Would anything related to "itching" be something your unconscious might want you to attend to? Is there something else "all over" that this may be physicalized metaphor for, that your unconscious might be trying to direct your attention toward? Was their some specific point during your listening to the tape at which this "itching all over" started, which may lead you to discover a more specific "meaning"?
