Robin What would be the point of living moment to moment in a state of congruency? For example, when I am in the presence of someone who is superb at X (and it really matters very little - with the exception of ethical lines - what X is), I enter a state of incongruity. I have now identified X as someone I want to be able to do and I, at present, cannot do X. This is a profound state of incongruity and the consequence is a commitment ot learn to do X. I think that we will agree that removing such a sequence would reduce my ability to learn. For performance contexts (yes, I know that all life is a performance although there are some performances that are more performancy than others), use the automatic unconscious re-activation of your favorite new code game to enter a high performance state.
