John Grinder

You write to me:
Use the automatic unconscious reactivation of my favorite New Code game to enter a high performamnce state/  John I am  making progress in this regards. Thank you sir!

BTW
My lack of sleep after taking inventory has been due to worrying about my kids out late driving at night, my company yesterday was bought out by another investor, and my concern for my parents who are sick. So to brake my old state I just ran the alphabet game (with no coach),
built myself a new defined time line sequence and recognized I need going forward minimize useless noise (mut terings) inside me and unsolicited noise and concerns outside of me.

Any Grinder suggestions?

happy day today
Robin
