My suggestion is the if you put yourself in second position, you benefit by identifying the system to be modeled that fully encompasses kinesthetic movement connected to physical external results. For example: Modeling the golf swing...involves making second position kinesthetic interpretations and connecting then to the external consequences... You can do this by modeling one individual, or a generic representation...you can indeed experiment with the sort of representations you apply as long as you are connecting externally. I have personally noticed that most people go wrong by modeling what they see as just 'kinesthetic movement' which often tails off into the realm of hallucinations and useless models. The fine tuning comes from placing yourself in to second position, and noticing the physical external results as an immediate feedback mechanism. This feedback loop opitmises the ability to make kinesthetic distinctions. As you make these kinesthetic distinctions you will form a kinesthetic language that is based on a results 'continuum from negative to positive' modeling process. |
