Hi John, You've made a claim that there is no objective reality, rather simply many different perceptual filters of the world. Elements of Buddhism and Hinduism share this view. They also share a perspective than based on the filters a person has and/or the actions they take, that a person attracts all the things that occurr to them both good and bad. And that there are no neutral causes, only things that a person attracts. Do you share this view? Also, if such a thing is true, would that allow us to give up the "no content" rule of ethics you have presented since "the other person is attracting the behavior anyway". Eric |
