This would imply that either you haven't read it or you don't know what your own "notion" of logicial types is. The material you are playing with is excellent - work out the implications. The examples you offer are (formally) neither logical types or logical levels but much more like self-organizing teams where the leaership functions shifts automatically within the team as a fucntion of the various variables you mention - a topic presented by CBSC at a Leadership conference in Florence this last November.
