To characterize all non-NLP corporate sales methods as "random or rote communications they are now using" is highly inaccurate. You might consider that utilizing NLP for ones own internal communications could be very beneficial for the average salesperson. However, too many salespeople have attempted to utilize NLP for the purposes of persuasion. Unfortunately, most of those salespeople were sold on the idea that NLP would give them an unfair advantage in their ability to manipulate their prospects' minds. In reality, most people have an intuitive ability to recognize when they are being manipulated, and they automatically resist. Manipulation also produces feelings of resentment. Resistance and resentment not a very good feeling to engender in your prospects when you are in a sales job. |
